This was T2S' first engagement and involves the refurbishment and extension of an existing building in a traditional Architectural style, with an additional modern extension, accommodating 4 apartments in total. T2S inherited a historic planning consent and sought enhancements to the design in recognition of the sites beautiful surroundings.
