We were engaged to develop a concept masterplan for a complex site in South London. The brief involved the retention and new build of a collection of buildings around a communal piece of landscaping.

The centre piece if the design was the shared landscaping and public art gardens which connected the masterplan, the high street, and the local civic building to create a harmonious development.
