BA (Hons) Dip Arch
ARB, RIBA
Tom is the Founding Director of T2S Architecture Ltd. After studying architecture in Liverpool, Tom began working at companies in the Liverpool area, attaining experience in the residential, Commercial, hospitality, education and ecclesiastical sectors. Post-qualification, Tom moved to London, where he has honed his Architectural skills, delivering large, complex, mixed-use developments through all RIBA Stages.
From an early age, Tom decided he wanted to become an Architect. This influenced his early education and became the focus of a graphics project where he developed the idea to reuse an existing collection of Industrial Mill buildings in his hometown of Burton-on-Trent.
This passion for reusing and redeveloping existing buildings has been a continuous thread in his Architectural career. Whether this involved the rebuilding of a Georgian terrace in the Georgian Quarter in Liverpool, the reuse of an industrial warehouse in Manchester or Glasgow, or the extension and reconfiguration of a collection of buildings in Primrose Hill in London, Tom is inspired to take buildings in any condition to offer his vision for how they can be reinvigorated into something new.
In parallel, Tom has developed a love for cities and is fascinated by the role Architects can play in shaping their future. He has developed a skill set crafting beautiful buildings within complex site constraints to maximise their commercial and developmental potential.
